Diet Update:

I started my diet on Monday hoping to lose about 25-30lbs or the size of my dog Reggie. I am hoping to this in the next couple months. I started out at 212 on Monday. After 5 days I am at 209. I’ve eaten pretty good this week except for the protein style In-n-Out burgers I ate yesterday. I burned most of that off soon after in my basketball league. I’m trying to stick very close to the Paleo diet which is a challenge at times. I’m going to try and work out some this weekend and get to 207 which I think is doable.
